The agreement between you and Masto Control when you use our service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Masto Control software-as-a-service platform ("Service") provided by Masto Control Oy ("Masto Control", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Finland (Y-tunnus: 0000000-0). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Masto Control is a cloud-based inventory and production management tool for craft makers and small-batch manufacturers. The Service enables you to track raw materials, manage bills of materials (BOM), record production batches, manage orders, and generate reports.
We reserve the right to modify, add to, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice for material changes that negatively affect existing functionality.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@mastocontrol.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Accounts created with false information may be suspended.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Current pricing is as follows (all prices excl. VAT):

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you retain access until then.
We will give at least 30 days' notice before increasing prices for existing subscribers.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No payment information is required to start the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, access to the Service will be suspended.
For EU and international business customers, we issue a VAT invoice (lasku / faktura) upon request. VAT applies to customers in Finland. EU business customers with a valid VAT number may be invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data only to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can export your data at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation or account termination, we will retain your data for 30 days during which you may request a full export, after which it will be deleted.
The Service, including all software, designs, algorithms, and documentation, is and remains the property of Masto Control Oy. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service during your subscription.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us may be used by us to improve the Service without obligation to you.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We provide email support to all subscribers; response times depend on your plan.
Enterprise customers receive service levels as agreed in their individual contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, Masto Control Oy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we are required to do so by law. We will notify you by email before termination except in cases of serious or repeated violations.
These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the Turku District Court (Turun käräjäoikeus) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
If you are a consumer (not acting in a business capacity), you may also bring a dispute before the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta, kuluttajariitalautakunta.fi).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
