Cancellation, refund, and subscription correction terms for Masto Control.
Masto Control may offer a free trial period. If you do not start a paid subscription before the trial ends, paid access will not begin automatically unless you have explicitly completed checkout.
You can cancel renewal from the Billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep access until that date.
Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may issue a refund for duplicate payments, billing mistakes, or service access failures caused by Masto Control. Refund requests should be sent to hello@mastocontrol.com.
Added Core or Growth users are invoiced automatically. Scheduled plan changes are invoiced in advance and activated after the current paid period ends.
Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Tax handling may depend on your billing country and Paddle merchant-of-record processing.
